Description: This class could easily just be called Introduction to Turning. As you turn this spindle (candlestick), students will learn the proper use of the roughing gouge, spindle gouge and parting tool. Coves and beads will be featured on this functional piece you can take home!

Description: Learn how to correctly tune your plane for awesome performance. Bring your own plane or learn on one of the planes we will have available. In this class you will also learn how easy it is to sharpen and maintain your bench chisels and plane blades in this hands-on class. Greg will explain the reatures and benefits of the various sharpening stones and there will be time to work on your tools.

Description: This is a hands-on course given by accomplished furniture maker, Alan Young (Woodwardwoodworks.com). Students will learn how to cut and shape a cabriole leg, as well as the history of the leg and how to incorporate it into various types of furniture. Each student will go home with their own cabriole leg.
